Where do you ship to and what are the costs?
We offer nationwide shipping across New Zealand. Standard delivery rates are calculated at checkout based on your region and the size of the items. For oversized furniture pieces, specialized freight quotes may apply.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We want you to love your space. If you change your mind, you can return most items within 14 days of delivery for a store credit or exchange, provided they are in original, unused condition and packaging.
Do you offer interior design consultations?
Yes! Beyond our curated shop, we offer professional design services to help you transform your home. Please contact our Auckland-based team to book a consultation.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. You can use this to monitor your shipment's progress until it reaches your doorstep.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), as well as buy-now-pay-later options like Afterpay and Laybuy for your convenience.
Are your products available to view in person?
While we are primarily an online store, we do have a showroom located in Auckland where you can view selected furniture pieces and fabrics by appointment.
