Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization number.

Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided return label or ship the package via a tracked courier service to our Auckland warehouse facility.
Receive Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
